Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. What we collect
We collect the minimum account data needed to operate Zhenghe: your email address, password hash, referral relationship when applicable, payment references, and service metadata such as traffic totals, connected-device counts, and connection timestamps.
If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your Google account email address and basic profile name so we can create or find your Zhenghe account. We do not receive or request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google service content.
We do not sell your personal information or profile your browsing activity for advertising.
- We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or billing addresses on our servers.
- We do not log the content of your traffic or the specific websites you visit.
- We do not keep your originating IP address after the session data is no longer required for operations.
2. How we use data
We use account and operational data to create and secure your account, process payments, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We may send essential service notices such as billing receipts, subscription expiry reminders, or security notifications.
3. Third-party services
Stripe processes payments and Cloudflare supports storefront delivery and security. If you use Google Sign-In, Google authenticates you and shares only the Google name and email needed to create or access your Zhenghe account. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and only receives the data required to perform its service.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. Operational connection metadata is retained only as long as needed to enforce limits and protect the service. Financial records are retained to satisfy legal and accounting obligations.
To request deletion, data export, or correction, contact us through the support system in your dashboard.
5. Security and contact
We use TLS, hashed passwords, scoped infrastructure access, and operational monitoring to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to reduce retained data and protect what we must keep.
For privacy questions, use the support ticket system or visit the support page.
