1. The service

Zhenghe provides network acceleration and secure transit services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• Do not share or resell access.
• Respect the device, speed, and traffic limits attached to your plan.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Billing and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Data packs are one-time purchases and do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, network attacks, spam, infringement, or attempts to bypass plan restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the network or violate these rules.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Routes, regions, and capacity may change as we operate the network.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised version.
